At ShineBright Physical Therapy, you become part of our family and are assigned a primary care physical therapist who takes continuing responsibility for providing you with the most individualized and comprehensive care possible.

How it works
Medicare
All you need is a prescription (referral) from your physician whether you need physical therapy in our clinic or in your home.
PPOs
Most insurance companies do not require prescription or pre-authorization. Contact us anytime and we can verify your eligibility and benefits.
Others
We do accept patients with personal injury liens, worker's compensation, cash, etc.
Preparing for your first visit
Here are a few things to remember to prepare for an initial evaluation on your first appointment with us.
1. Please arrive 10 minutes early to register with us
2. Please bring your Photo ID, Insurance card, and PT referral (optional: medication list, imaging results, etc.)
3. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes
